Communication for Creative Arts

Creative industries run on communication: clear ideas, strong collaboration, and constructive critique. Communication for Creative Arts is a 15-week foundational program that builds English proficiency and practical communication skills through real creative work.

Learners analyse scripts, develop game and animation concepts, practise studio-style critique, and produce professional documentation. The program culminates in a portfolio of multimodal communication artefacts that demonstrate readiness for entry into advanced creative arts pathways.

This program is for learners aged 18+ who want to build confidence communicating in English in creative and production contexts. No prior experience in creative arts is required.

Whether you want to learn the language of storytelling, critique, and collaboration, or prepare for advanced diplomas across film, animation, VFX, games, and immersive media, this is where you start. The program is delivered online through Al-Baha University.

Strong creative work depends on clear communication. This program helps learners articulate ideas, work effectively in teams, and engage in critique with professionalism.

These are skills that transfer into every creative discipline and pipeline. Script analysis, storyboarding language, game concept briefs, structured critique, peer feedback, and collaboration workflows.

You will progress from screen communication foundations into interactive media communication, into visual storytelling, and finish with collaboration, critique, and a polished portfolio submission.

Four courses over 15 weeks, each building on the last to develop a versatile and integrated set of communication skills across the creative arts.
